Mexican Pork Adobo Leg (The owner’s recipe) is tender pork meat (pig leg) marinated in a mix of dried chiles, onions, garlic, and sparkling white wine sauce and slow-cooked in the oven for 8 hours. Served on a bolillo roll. Garnished with arugula, reddish, and a very light spread of Mayonnaise. Topped with Avocado slices.
